Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-08-20.
Money-back guarantee
If your state's Medicaid agency rejects the Qualified Income Trust for any reason traceable to following this kit, we issue a full refund within one business day of receiving the agency's stated denial reason. Because state Medicaid processing can take weeks, you have 30 days from purchase to report a denial and claim this refund — and if your state's process runs longer than that, contact us anyway; the guarantee still applies once you have the agency's denial in hand.
How to request a refund
- Email support@millertrustguide.com from the email address used at checkout.
- Include the agency's stated denial reason (a quote or the relevant section of the denial letter is fine — no need to share personal financial details).
- We process the refund to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
Standard refund window
For any other reason, refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase are honored without question. After 7 days, contact us — we'd rather hear about a problem than have an unhappy buyer.
What is not covered
- Denials based on facts unrelated to the QIT itself (asset limit issues, look-back transfers, citizenship verification, etc.).
- Denials caused by deviating from the kit's instructions or using a non-state-published template.
If the denial is borderline, we default to issuing the refund.
